  Its taken over a year to come about and thank Chapel of the Palms. My family and I were struggling to make arrangements and Jim helped us through the entire thing. We are forever greatful at the respect you showed my father and our family in our time of need. Most appreciated that it wasnt made out as a financial conquest, rather we were made to feel as if long time friends were there to help support us through our sorrow. We thank you and wish you well.

  My family, immediate and extended, has lived in Stockton over sixty years. And in this timeframe, we have enlisted the services of different funeral homes. But with the passage of time, it became obvious that 'The Chapel of Palms' was the preferred choice.
  
  Due to a recent death in my immediate family, I soon learned why this was so. The services provided by the staff were exemplary from the first moment of contact to the very end. Throughout the entire process, staff was most flexible, kind, and supportive. My contact, Mr. Jim Galindo, anticipated my concerns, was sensitive to my family's financial constraints, and, overall, sought to make this emotional, overwhelming event appear as a seamless process.
  
  Given the myriad of details involved to arrange for a funeral, there were no glitches, oversights, and, above all, Mr. Galindo was so flexible, supportive, and respectful. I now know why my family has chosen 'The Chapel of the Palms' throughout the years and we will continue to do so. It is a jewel among the many.
