  Worse funeral home. They lack empathy and compassion for your family. If you retain them for your loved one, I am so sorry for you. They are terrible.

  If I could give a negative star I WOULD. The lack of empathy was unbelievable. Mr. Cooley was the most unprofessional business owner I have ever met. Granted there were things among the family such as controversy but his ONE AND ONLY job was to remain neutral and provide the family with excellent customer service. The establishment smells like wet dogs. It needs to be throughly cleaned out. No need to go in depth but all I can say is that instead of him having empathy he continued to try to down play the family and NOT correct the issue. It took for 5 people to try to communicate with him to get the job done. All of which were very respectful to him and his establishment. He then light a cigarette IN FRONT of the family and walked the parking lot disrespecting the family to the person on the phone. He was ignorant, irrational and unprofessional to say the least.

  The staff has always been a blessing when I needed their help the most.. and I beg to differ to anyone that says they are not the best over 20 years of excellence they have served me and my loved ones they are the best
